Tanning Sprays

1. Prep

Gently blow your nose to clear any mucus.

2. How to Spray

  • Keep your head upright and breathe out gently.

  • Hold the bottle with one hand so it feels comfortable.

  • Use your other hand to gently close the nostril you’re not spraying.

  • As you breathe in slowly through the open nostril, press the bottle once to release the spray.

  • Repeat in the other nostril.

3. Right After

Don’t sneeze or blow your nose right away.

4. When to Use

  • Daily until the bottle is empty—even if you’re not actively tanning.

  • First 5 days: 2 sprays per nostril, 3 times a day (to build up tanning).

  • After 5 days: 2 sprays per nostril, 4 times a day, until you reach your preferred shade.

  • To maintain your tan: 2 sprays every other day.

  • Do not exceed 8 sprays in one day.

5. Tips for Best Results

  • Space your sprays evenly throughout the day.

  • Keep your head level (don’t tilt back) so the spray goes in evenly.

Tanning Drops

1. Place Under Your Tongue

  • Tilt your head forward a little.

  • Lift your tongue to make a small pocket underneath.

  • Squeeze the dropper to let around 0.5ml to fall onto that spot (it’s full of tiny blood vessels for fast uptake).

2. Hold

Keep the liquid under your tongue for 45 seconds to 2 minutes—the longer you wait, the more your body absorbs.

3. Don’t Swallow Right Away

Try not to swallow any liquid or saliva during that 45 sec–2 min window to get the most benefit.
